Asked to step in and solve a failing programme in HSBC we were asked to take over to deliver a connected money banking app that became the first UK bank app to match new regulations but also offer customers cross-brand account visibility.

We were part of the HSBC Connected Money programme for over 18 months, working on-site with a blended Splendid and HSBC team. Our project team of over 20 employees is fully integrated with the internal team to provide design, UX and technical expertise. We have helped shape the programme for successful delivery, working with the senior leadership teams and product owners. Our team assists across the programme, defining the Scrum team make-up, documenting the technology stack, generating pattern libraries and the overall application experience language.

HSBC Connected Money is one of the first aggregated finance applications from the major high-street banks with an ongoing feature roadmap delivery schedule.
